擺動式液壓缸

(5)液(ye)壓(ya)缸初始動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)緩慢(man)。在溫(wen)度較(jiao)低的情況下,液(ye)壓(ya)油黏度大,流(liu)動(dong)(dong)性差,導致液(ye)壓(ya)缸動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)緩慢(man)。改善方法是,更換黏溫(wen)性能較(jiao)好(hao)的液(ye)壓(ya)油,在低溫(wen)下可借助加熱器或用(yong)機(ji)器自身加熱以提升(sheng)啟動(dong)(dong)時的油溫(wen),系統正常工作(zuo)油溫(wen)應保持在40℃左右。
